• Appointed as Business Representative in 2009 for Northern British Columbia.
• Proudly represented members employed at United Parcel Service, Purolator Limited, and Tiger Courier Incorporated in the capacity of Business Representative 2008-2009.
• Elected and served on the Local 31Executive Board from 2003-2008.
• Local 31 delegate, I.B.T Convention in 2006.
• Local 31 delegate, Teamster Canada Convention 2005.
• Elected by his peers to be the rank and file representative to assist in negotiating the 2004 National Collective Agreement between United Parcel Service and the Canada Council of Teamsters.
• Completed a Parliamentary Procedure and Public Speaking course at the Canadian Labour Council Winter School.
• Completed a Federal Labour Law course at the Canadian Labour Council Winter School.
• Delegate at the 28th Annual Educational Conference for the Teamster National Black Caucus.
• Teamsters Local 31 member since 1995.
• Worked for United Parcel Service for thirteen years.
• Served in the capacity of Chief Shop Steward for 11 years.
• Attended Sir Wilfred Laurier University for Business Administration.
