Biography
Caley Fieldhouse became a member of Teamsters Local 31 in 1994. As an elected Shop Steward at CHEP for 16 years and a former Shop Steward at Purolator Courier, he built a reputation for grievance handling before being hired as a Business Agent for the Local in 2014, a position he was later elected to for a term from 2018 to 2022.
He was first appointed to the Local 31 Executive Board as Recording Secretary in 2008 and was elected to the position in 2012. He now serves as Secretary-Treasurer and as an elected Trustee of Joint Council 36. He has served as a delegate to both the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and Teamsters Canada Conventions, and was elected three times to Rank and File bargaining committees.
